Caddock is the prosecutor of the ruined cyberpunk city, and thanks to the new death sentences he brought to the city, there was a huge 50% reduction in crime rate in this wild city. But a data chip on Caddock's last execution causes the Caddock to be brutally murdered and thrown onto his new car he bought from the building where he was.
Caddock was killed in his brutal murder, but soon after his death, the criminals who killed him begin to be brutally murdered like him. Upon this, the detective assigned to the incident realizes that Caddock is not killed in vain and that much bigger events are hidden behind his death and decides not to stop until he resolves the event. However, as the detective descends into the depths of the incident, he begins to understand the rows that no one can think of and who has a finger in punishing criminals!
